The start of my New Year at the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that we were comfortable during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it is easily accessible and close to the city's main attractions. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise.
One drawback was the limited menu options offered, making it difficult to choose what to eat. Also, the breakfast service was disappointing as they did not provide us with any buffet options, and we were informed that breakfast would not be served on the next day. Overall the hotel is not recommended for families especially those with kids as there was nothing to entertain them. the hotel staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the location and view from our room. However, the limited menu options and lack of breakfast service could have been better.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. However, the staff members were the only pleasant thing about our stay. Check-in was easy and the room and bathroom were relatively clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment, as they did not serve a buffet and refused to make it despite advance payment. The limited menu was not suitable for families with children.
Regrettably, the hotel charged all fees in advance during check-in.
